Our JV has experience in the co-ownership model of resort and lifestyle developments - for worldwide proposals. We execute professional consulting services on this basis as well as the development of the legal structures to facilitate the fractional ownership model.

The model is often a component of a mixed-use development such as a hotel and/or wholly owned residential real estate. An exchange component allows owners to exchange into properties of commensurate quality all over the world - a residency club.  A Hospitality 12J VCC is also a possibility for a joint ownership basis.
